F.C Enfield were founded in 2007 under the name F.S Northaw as the futsal section of Northaw Football Club.
The team were predominantly made up of high achieving 5 & 7 a-side football players looking for a new challenge.
Robert Brassett assumed the role of secretary of the club and the following year and the club joined the FA National League Southern Division in 2008 under the clubs first manager Martin May.
The team stayed in the league for 4 consecutive seasons finishing 7th in '09 and '10 before attaining their highest league position of 5th in the '11 season. In 2012 F.C Enfield finished 8th, relegating them to the Southern Division 2.
F.C Enfield have appeared in the National Futsal Cup once in their history in the '11/12 season but were unable to make it past the group stages.
The club consists of one competitive men's team, as well as a women's team who compete in tournaments. We have a steadily growing youth section with teams training from under 8's through to under 16's who participate in tournaments and friendlies.
F.C Enfield is heavily involved in the community and often participate in fun days and community schemes in the Enfield area.
The club has gained FA Charter Standard with Clubmark and 8 years ago, becoming one of the 1st Futsal Clubs to gain the award.
